Join Codasign for an after school tech club! We will be running the club weekly from Monday 13th January from 5:30 – 6:30pm, with the last one being Monday 24th March. There will be 10 sessions all together, which excludes the half term break.
The initial focus of the club will be for the kids to learn how to work with Scratch, a drag and drop programming language in which you connect code blocks together to form scripts. They will learn how to make their very own games and animations in this environment, eventually also incorporating MaKey MaKeys to interact with their work via objects such as banana and play-doh!
Participants will draw their own characters and create their own backgrounds which can be used in their own projects. You can see an example of what you can do with Scratch below.
